These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Sia mobile application and the website at siaisrael.com (together, the "Service"), operated under the name Sia ("Sia," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Who can use the Service
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using it, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
What Sia does
Sia helps you find residential rental listings by aggregating listings from publicly available third-party sources and notifying you when a listing matches the preferences you set. Sia is a discovery and notification tool. We are not a real estate agent, broker, or party to any rental agreement.
Listings and third-party content
Listings shown in the Service originate from third-party sources that we do not own or control. We do not create this content, and we do not guarantee that any listing is accurate, current, available, or genuine. Listings may be out of date, already taken, duplicated, or removed at any time. You are responsible for verifying any listing directly before acting on it, including confirming its availability, price, terms, and the identity of the person offering it.
Sia is not responsible for the conduct of landlords, agents, or other users, or for any dealings, agreements, or disputes that arise between you and any third party.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for any activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. You may delete your account at any time from within the app.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
- Attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
- Copy, scrape, resell, or redistribute the Service or its content, except as expressly permitted.
- Use the Service to harass, defraud, or harm others.
Intellectual property
The Service, including its design, features, and content created by us, is owned by Sia and protected by applicable law. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or branding.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any listing will lead to a successful rental. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sia will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, including any loss related to a listing, a rental, or dealings with any third party.
Changes to the Service and these Terms
We may modify or discontinue the Service, or update these Terms, at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be subject to the competent courts of Israel.
